North Carolina Report Card Security Features

Heres an explanation of each security feature.

• Heat Reactive Key Logo - This logo will disappear from heat generated by your finger or breath then reappear to verify an official document. This is our most secure security feature.

• Security Paper with Visible Fibers - This paper is visibly recognizable, containing small fibers imbedded in the paper. Also a watermark is revealed when held up to the light.

• Micro Print Line - A great security feature that stops counterfeiting. Microprinting involves printing very small text, too small to read with the naked eye and can’t be reproduced with inkjet/laser printers or copiers.

• Consecutive Numbering - Administrators are able to track original report cards.

• School Crest or Logo - Customize your report cards look with your own logo and school colors. We can print 1 to 4 colors.

• Warning Border - Tells parents and school officials this is an original report card and what security features are contained in the report card.

• Void Copy Feature - This is a screen that has the "VOID" hidden in the backround. When photocopied or scanned the word "VOID" appears across the copied image. Please note that this may not work with all copiers.
